HELEN BUCHANNUTRITIONIST
Helen Buchan, owner of Zing Nutrition, is a fully qualified nutritional therapist who strives to improve people's health and energy. Helen offers bespoke online programmes and face to face consultations, tailored to your requirements. ACFC is delighted to have Helen on board and look forward to seeing how she can provide our players with that extra 1% to maximise their performance.

JORDAN HARVEYSTRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Jordan Harvey, qualified as a Strength and Conditioning coach in 2019 and is currently working at Newcastle Thunder Academy, Northumbria University and Newcastle Eagles. Jordan has worked in a range of different sports with various age ranges; including Football, Rugby League, Basketball, Lacrosse and has experience working with student athletes as well as professional.

ROB WARKPHYSIOTHERAPIST
Rob Wark, owner of Sports Massage And Rehabilitation Therapies (SMART) started the business in July 2018 providing thorough musculoskeletal assessments, rehabilitation, prehab, sports massage and fitness sessions. Based in Battle Hill, SMART have experience in dealing with non-athletes to full time professional athletes, with clients varying from a young age up to pensioners. Rob has been in the sports industry for around 10 years where he has worked alongside teams such as Newcastle Falcons, Carlisle United F.C. Academy, Newcastle Thunder, Blyth Spartans A.F.C and Team GB Athletes.

DR STUART SADLERPSYCHOLOGIST
Dr Stuart Sadler (Chartered Clinical Psychologist) and his team of counsellors, psychologists and therapists provide specialist talking therapy (including cognitive-behavioural therapy) and counselling. Dr Sadler and his team specialise in helping children, adults and families with problems such as depression, anxiety, worry and obsessive-compulsive behaviour, stress, trauma, and family conflict inside and outside of the context of sport and football. They are especially skilled and experienced in helping to improve emotional health, deal with difficulties and setbacks, improve sports performance and perform better in day to day life.
